How to make guacamole

Guacamole is one of my favorite things to cook in my kitchen, for several reasons. First of all, guacamole is extremely delicious. Furthermore, guacamole is easy to make, fun to make and also a great dip, useable in many different situations and dishes. The guacamole comes from Mexico, where the Aztecs enjoyed it for its high vitamins and fat content, which mostly comes from the avocado. Actually, guacamole is Aztec for “avocado sauce”. Main ingredients are avocado, lime and salt. Many people enjoys adding tomatoes to their guacamole, I don’t.

Risotto is the most common rice dish in Italy. The original risotto comes from northern Italy, and is one of the most popular dishes in Milano. Italian pot with leeks and dried ham

Today’s dish is inspired by Italy, which is one of my favorite countries. The dish is very easy to cook and it doesn’t contain that much fat, although it tastes very good.
Here is what you need (4 persons):

400 g pasta (farfalle – the one, which looks like butterflies)
3 leeks
About 6 slices of dried ham
1.5 dl cheap white wine
1 teaspoon of sweet French mustard
2 dl crème fraiche
Grated mozzarella cheese
Some chives
Salt and pepper

Spanish omelette with chorizo sausage, baked in the oven

This dish is both delicious and easy to cook. It’s a mixture of a traditional Spanish omelette and an egg cake, because it’s baked in the oven. The flavour is SO delicious and everyone loves it. The omelette is great for people like me, who normally can’t eat potatoes without a good sauce, because the potatoes gets so tender and they absorb the flavor from the chorizo sausages.
Here are the ingredients (4 people):

10 eggs
300 - 400 g potatoes
Chorizo Sausage, as much as you like!
About 1.5 - 2 dl milk
